Cubic Spline Rayleigh-Ritz Algorithm

To approximate the solution of the boundary-value problem.

   -D(P(x)y')/Dx + Q(x)y= F(x),    0<= x <= 1, y(0) = y(1) =0, with a sum of cubic spline.
